Spring Outdoor League:
The All new XFLAG Football Spring League consists of: This program will continue to have an exciting 50 minute, fast paced game of 5-on-5 flag football. Each team has a maximum of 12 players. Ages for XFLAG Flag Football are 5 to 17.
Age groups
7u , 9u, 11u, 13u, 15u and 18u Highschool.
15u and 17 May travel
All age Divisions with 4 or More teams will have playoffs tournament. 3 or less teams will have modified playoff.
Championship rings will be awarded to championship teams.
The Goal is to have all in house game play with no travel for any team when all possible.

Fall Outdoor League:
The All New XFLAG Football Fall League consists of: This program will continue to have an exciting 40 minute, fast paced game of 5-on-5 flag football. Each team has a maximum of 12 players. Ages for TeamX Flag Football are 5 to 17. 14u and 17U May travel and will have playoffs

Winter Indoor League:
The Winter TeamX Flag Football Consists of: This program will continue to have an exciting 40 minute, fast paced game of 5-on-5 flag football. However, the game is played on a turf field. The n zone will be 5 yards. There is no contact and every player is an eligible receiver. Each team has a maximum of 12 players. Ages for TeamX Flag Football are 5 to 17.
Locations For 25/26 winter Season will be St Lukes field house.
Full field will have 6 games and top teams play for championship.
Half Field games will have 8 games with top teams playing for championship.
Practice will be at the Lou Ramos Center on Sherman in Allentown. Friday nights from 7:30-9:30 schedules will be posted the week prior to the season start.
