TeamX Sports Orefield offers winter indoor flag football program. This program will continue to have an exciting 40 minute, fast-paced game of 5-on-5 flag football. The end zone will be 5 yards. There is no contact and every player is an eligible receiver. Each team has a maximum of 12 players. Ages for TeamX Flag Football are 7 to 17 for both girls and boys during the winter league. 7 yr olds must have prior football experience. to participate in the winter league. The age brackets will be as follows: 9U ( 7 to 9 yr old), 11U ( 9, 10 and 11 yr old) , 13U (11, 12, and 13 yr old), and Senior (14, 15, 16, and 17 yr olds.
Practice will be held once a week for 1 hour. Times and locations TBD
