Fun:  We believe that kids play sports to have fun. Encouraging kids to focus on the game and away from the score frees kids to enjoy the game, develop skills and prioritize character development. Equality:  Everyone plays an equal amount regardless of ability. Friendships are formed in an environment that promotes respect and healthy self-esteem. Accommodating:   We try to accommodate players when they choose to play with their friends or a particular coach as much as possible. This forges strong childhood friendships and creates continuity between coach and player.
